Tracy Phelan came prepared to sell our family home. She had lots of comparable listings in the area and we were able to set a fair listing price. When the for sale sign went up she went to work. During this difficult Covid 19 time we had to prepare the house with hand sanitizer and there were no open houses. All appointments were pre booked and approved by me.
