Tracy helped us sell our first house - in four days!! to enable us to purchase our second that was on condition of sale. Since then Tracy has helped our son and his family find their first home. If anyone is going to get the best deal for your home its her. My family has been with her for over 10 years and myself through one recent purchase 6 months ago in December 2017. At 19 (2015) I had an opportunity to purchase my first home with her but an unfortunate circumstance had gotten in the way and had to complete the transaction without her and regretted it ever since. Some people also may think its better to try and cut out real estate agents and commission as best they can but im telling you she is worth every penni especially with wanting to complete transactions. I bought a house in July using Tracy Phelan as my realtor.. Let me tell you she knows her stuff !!! with this crazy market it was hard to get a house with the multiple offers and prices going way over list . Tracy was honest with the price and the value of the house and would not let you over pay .She works fast. i went to an open house liked the house called her at 3 in the afternoon she made a phone call and found out they were taking offer that night at 7pm so she met me at 5pm we put in an offer and I got the house ..YAHOO ..if your looking to buy or selling ..She is the one to call hands down!!! hope this helps you all out there .Marlene
