After purchasing my first home, my passion for real estate grew, and I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
My mission was to educate buyers and sellers about the transaction process to help them make important decisions regarding their financial future. It inspired me to become a real estate agent and realtor in April 1992.
While I’m now in my thirtieth year and have collected vast knowledge, I can never stop learning as the industry is rapidly changing with new technology. Also, over the past eighteen months, COVID-19 has created low interest rates, which has led to high buyer demand. So it’s an exciting time to be involved in real estate, assisting clients to get to where they want to go by easing the stress and solving the pain points.
As a realtor, I’ve noticed that every client has a unique story to tell, which fascinates me, and I listen carefully to understand their wish list. I also take the time to make sure everything is on point as I never want them to feel pressured into making an offer on a home unless they are happy.
Therefore, I always put my clients first, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty and integrity. Clients trust me to present options that will improve their quality of life and make them feel at home.
I also attribute my success to my willingness to work hard and persevere. When the going gets tough, I set attainable targets and consistently hustle to achieve the desired outcome. And when I can find a home for a client that suits their lifestyle and will allow them to create cherished memories with their families, it fills me with immense pride. It’s especially rewarding to empower clients who didn’t think it was possible to secure the keys to their dream home.
When I’m not assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate goals, my hobbies include visiting the beach and playing pool (I’m a Canadian Champion). I also love to travel and spend time with my grandson.
